How to return and get a refund/replacement?

1. Please submit your return request firstly and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.

2. Our customer service will email you after receiving your return request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

 

3. Return the product when your request is approved.

4.Once our warehouse receives the return, BESAETY customer service team will operate the refund and the refund time will depend on the payment method:

  • Credit card: within 7 business days afterreceiving the refund email. 
  • Paypal: within 3 business days afterreceiving the refund email. 

Note: If you have not received a refund within the time, please feel free to contact us  or your card issuer.
